The"Boosting"Mechanism and"Triple"Dilemma of Green Credit on Rural Industry Revitalization——Based on the Micro Perspective of New Types of Agricultural Business Entities
Green development is the road to rural industry, and the revitalization of rural industry depends on new types of agricultural business entities, and there is an urgent need for green finance to support new types of agricultural business entities to revitalize rural industry.Green credit,as the"main force"of green finance, has been extended to industrial upgrading, transformation and expansion in the field of"agriculture, farmer and rural area".According to the logic of"financial innovation → behavioral guidance → industrial green development",green credit can play the function of resource allocation, guide new types of agricultural business entities to develop green agriculture, leisure agriculture and recycled agriculture, and then boost the"green"revitalization of rural industries.Among them, green credit promotes new types of agricultural business entities to the"green"development through the following mechanisms, including:extending and upgrading the agricultural industry chain to increase the added value of agricultural products;expanding the functions of the agricultural industry to broaden income channels;innovating the development of agricultural green technology to improve the efficiency of production and transaction. However, under the principles of compliance, safety and profitability of credit business operation, green credit business is plagued by"threshold access","service resilience"and"product increment".It is necessary for government departments to establish and improve the green credit policy system, banking institutions to improve the level of credit services, new types of agricultural business entities to drive the development of rural green industry,so as to form a development pattern of green credit to promote the revitalization of rural industries, taking into account the economic and ecological benefits.
