摘要

临沂市高中生假期使用手机调查研究表明,高中生假期玩手机已成为普遍现象,而且他们主要用于娱乐为主,并存在使用时间过长、严重影响身心健康、导致学习下降、正常社会交往的弊病.原因在于高中生自身的自控力较差、手机自身的优点和父母的管教不严所致.要教育高中生摆脱手机的掌控,需要学校、父母和高中生三方努力.
