摘要

样板支部的创建工作可以进一步推进高校基层党员教师党组织建设,充分发挥教师党支部的先锋模范作用,构建教师党支部建设的长效机制,也是夯实教师党支部基层工作,提升教师支部党建水平,激发教师党支部工作活力,进而推动学校教书育人工作的有效手段和重要载体.
