摘要
为探讨蒸汽流量对梗丝膨胀后物理特性的影响,采用均匀设计、逐步回归等方法,分析蒸汽流量对蒸汽隧道温度、膨胀梗丝含水率、填充值等方面的影响.结果表明,随着干燥前蒸汽流量的增加,干燥机出口水分的波动大于填充值,且水分低的试样,填充值不一定高;在150~450 kg/h蒸汽流量范围内,每增加50 kg/h蒸汽流量,贮丝后膨胀梗丝填充值提高约0.11 cm3/g;膨胀梗丝的填充值并不会随着干燥前蒸汽流量的增加而无限制增高,而是到达某种程度后缓慢升高直至不变.
Abstract
This research is to study the influence of HT steam flow rate on physical properties of expanded cut tobacco stem,adopting uniform design and stepwise regression methods to analyze the amount of the HT temperature,the moisture content of expanded cut tobacco stem,filling value,and other aspects under different steam flows.The indications are made:as steam flow increases prior to the drying process,the variation of moisture in dryer outlet is greater than the filling value,and the sample's filling value is not necessarily high with low moisture content.In the steam flow range of 150~450 kg/h,with each additional steam now of 50 kg/h,the filling value of expanded cut tobacco stem after storing increases by about 0.11 cm3/g.The filling value of expanded cut tobacco stem does not increased unlimitedly as steam flow rises prior to the drying process,but slowly increases to reach a certain extent before staying constant.
