摘要
通过介绍目前大蒜脱皮的方法,列举大蒜脱皮机的类型、构造、特点及其存在的不足,并提出一种新型手动大蒜脱皮机械,详细介绍了新型大蒜脱皮机的结构、特点、使用方法等,为家庭、餐馆等场合提供了一种新的大蒜脱皮实用产品.
Abstract
This paper first introduces the garlic peeling method,the type of garlic peeling machine,structure,using method and the shortage.On this basis,this paper proposes a new manual garlic peeling machine which used in family,restaurants,etc.Introduces characteristics and structure of new type of garlic peeling machine and use method.
