福建省卡拉胶工业的发展现状

摘要
卡拉胶是三大海藻胶(褐藻胶、卡拉胶和琼胶)之一,其产量仅次于褐藻胶,位居第2位.由于其优良的性质及广泛的应用而备受关注,卡拉胶产业有着广阔的发展前景.通过报道福建省卡拉胶工业的发展概况,分析原料来源、生产工艺及设备现状、产品现状、生产用水及废渣处理等问题,并提出相应的对策,对推动福建省卡拉胶产业发展具有积极的意义.
Abstract
Carrageenan is one of three main alginate jellies including algin,carrageenan and agar.Its output ranks second place,just behind algin.Due to its excellent properties and wide application,it has received much attention.Therefore,carrageenan industry has broad prospects for development.This paper reported the general development of carrageenan industry in Fujian province.It also analyzed the raw material sources,production process,equipments,quality of the products,production water and waste residue.And the corresponding countermeasures are also put forward.It would have positive effects on the development of carrageenan industry in Fujian province.
