摘要
婴儿配方奶粉成为越来越多婴幼儿的主要食物,近年来婴幼儿配方羊奶粉作为一种新型配方奶粉逐渐被人们所熟知,其产品品质和营养价值也受到人们的广泛关注.
Abstract
Infant formula is becoming a main food for more and more infants.In recent years,infant formula of goat milk as a new formula has been well known,and its product quality and nutritional value have been widely concerned.This paper summarizes the background,the nutritional value and the present situation of domestic and foreign production of infant formula from goat milk.
