摘要
我国属于热带水果荔枝、龙眼的主要产销国,产品的推广受到贮藏保鲜技术的制约.概述荔枝、龙眼的采后保鲜贮藏现状,分析果实容易腐败变质的原因,同时介绍了低温冷藏、化学药剂处理、热处理、气调保鲜等主要的、现行的以及其他新兴在研的贮藏保鲜技术,旨在为其采后贮藏保鲜以及加工利用提供参考.
Abstract
China is the main producer of fruit litchi and longan,the promotion of them is restricted by storage and preservation technology.This paper outlets the current situation of litchi and longan postharvest preservation,analysis the reasons for their spoilage.The main preservation technologies are reviewed in the paper,including low temperature storage,chemical treatments,heat treatments,controlled atmosphere,and other emerging technologies,aims at providing theoretical basis for the preservation,processing and utilization of litchi and longan.
