摘要
基于陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院本科毕业生生产实习活动,对食品专业本科生实习过程中的一系列问题进行了分析并提出相应对策,以便找到一个相对科学合理的食品专业学生实习模式.
Abstract
In this paper,the problems are discussed about the professional practice for the undergraduates of food major,with the Shaanxi Normal University being as an example.Thereafter,some strategies are correspondingly proposed in order to find a suitable professional practice mode.
