摘要
针对当前“食品工厂设计”课程存在的主要问题,提出了课程教学改革和实践,优化理论教学内容、改进教学方法、强化计算机在课程中的应用、完善考核方式.
Abstract
The main problem for the Food Plant Design course by the current proposed teaching reform and practice;optimization theory teaching content,improve teaching methods,to strengthen the application of computers in the curriculum,improve assessment methods.
