“食品快速检测技术”是食品质量与安全专业的一门专业基础课.在以往的教学中存在一些问题,需要对该课程进行教学改革.在理论教学改革方面,综合运用多种教学方法,活跃课堂气氛、加强师生互动,取得良好的教学效果;在实践教学改革方面,为学生创造实验及实践机会,带领学生去实际生活中采集样品,通过样品采集、分析检测、分析结果等环节让学生全程参与;建立后续实习基地,在实习过程中达到理论与实践相结合的目的;高效利用大量课外辅导资料,加强与学生的互动和沟通.通过一系列教学改革的实施,该课程教学质量得到显著提高.
Exploration and Practice of the Reform about Food Fast-detection Technology
Food Fast-detection Technology is a professional basic course of food quality and safety.There are some problems in the past of teaching activities.The paper explores the reform of this course.Including theoretical teaching reform,using various teaching methods,improving classroom atmosphere,strengthening teacher-student interaction.We get better teaching results.In practice teaching reform,creating experimental and practical opportunities for students,teaching students to collect samples,All students improve their excise by sample collection,detection and analysis.The follow-up practice place are set up,the theory and practice is combined.Used a large number of outside information,it strengthened communication between teachers and students.Through the implementation of a series of teaching reform,the teaching quality of this course has been greatly improved.
