摘要
针对“油脂精炼与深加工技术”课程教学中存在的问题,从开发工学结合的教材、分阶段开展校外实习、加强校内外实习基地建设及创新教学方法等方面进行了改革,取得了良好的效果.
Abstract
Inorder to slove the existent problems in teaching of Oil Refining and Deep Processing Technology,the textbook base on work-integrated learning was writed,practices outer the campus are carried out in stages,practice bases inner and outer the campus are strengthened,teaching methods are reformed,and some good effects are got.
