通过介绍高校食堂实施HACCP体系的必要性和可行性,指出体系在执行过程中可能遇到的问题,为HACCP体系在高校食堂应用提供参考依据.
Abstract
The paper introduces the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the HACCP management system on college canteen,and indicated the problems of the system in process,it could provide a reference basis on the application of HACCP system in the university.
