摘要
“食品无损检测技术”课程是食品专业的专业课之一.随着科学技术的日新月异,食品无损检测技术发展十分迅速,在食品品质安全检测中的应用越来越广泛.为了使学生更好地了解和掌握食品无损检测技术的关键技术,提高学生对课程的兴趣及学习效率,从“食品无损检测技术”课程的教学内容、教学方法等方面进行了探讨.
Abstract
The course of Food Non-destructive Detection Technology is a specialty course for the undergraduate students who study in the quality and safety of food.With the development of science and technology,non-destructive detection technology of food progress very fast.The technology has been widely used in the analysis of food quality and safety.To enable students better understand and master the key technology of Food Non-destructive Detection Technology,and improve the interest in the curriculum and learning efficiency of students,the course content and teaching methods for the course of Food Non-destructive Detection Technology is discussed in this work.
