Study on the Ultrasonic Extraction of Flavonoids from Highland Barley
With Zangqing 25 all powder as experimental material,using the ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from highland barley.The extraction of flavonoids by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,determine the optimum parameters of highland barley flavonoids extraction.The result indicats that the suitable conditions for flavonoids extraction are ultrasonic power 600 W,90% ethanol concentration,extraction temperature 60 ℃,extracting time 45 min,flavonoids extraction rate is 3.71%.
