不同类别茶叶稀土含量及其稀土元素之间的差异分析

选取乌龙茶、岩茶、绿茶、红茶及黑茶,利用微波消解ICPMS测定16种稀土元素.结果表明,所有测试样品中绿茶的稀土结果未超国家限量标准(≤2 mg/kg),红茶和黑茶超过85份的样品结果合格,而乌龙茶和岩茶仅有1/2左右的样品结果合格.茶叶中不同稀土元素测试结果表明,轻稀土比例高出重稀土2倍以上,且镧(LD+铈(Ce)含量比例占将近1/2、铈(Ce)占1/4以上.因此,通过充分认识不同类别茶叶稀土含量及其内在稀土元素的关系,以期为茶叶品质安全监测和稀土限量标准制订提供科学的理论依据.
A Different Analysis of REEs Total Content and REE in Different Type Tea
One method based on microwave digestion and ICP-MS is used to determine 16 REEs in different type tea,and materials included Oolong tea,Rock tea,Green tea,Black tea and Dark tea.The results indicate that the value of REEs total content met the national limited standard (≤2 mg/kg) in all samples from Green tea,and more than 85 samples are qualified in Black tea and Dark tea,and about half samples are only qualified in Oolong tea and Rock tea.Simultaneously,the proportion of LREE is 2 times more than that of HREE at least,La and Ce for nearly half of proportion,Ce for more than a quarter.Therefore,fully understanding REE total content in different type tea and its internal relations of REE provid scientific theoretical basis for tea quality safety monitoring and REE evaluation standard.
