Grain and Oil Processing By-prodncts and the Status and Countermeasures of Loss
China is a major producer and processor of grain and oil,with large quality of products,as well as by-products produced.These by-products,however,have not been efficiently utilized,which give rise to the huge waste of valuable resources and serious environmental pollution.This paper summarize the loss and comprehensive utilization of grain and oil processing by-products,with main problems existing and the corresponding countermeasures and advices put forward then,in order to accelerate the development of the comprehensive utilization of by-products coming from grain and oil processing in China.
