Research Progress of Degreasing Technology of Aquatic Products
Fat has a great influence on the processing adaptability and quality of raw material,degreasing technology is of great significance for aquatic products processing,transport and storage.This paper summarizes the commonly used methods of degreasing in aquatic products,and the research progress of degreasing technology of aquatic products in recent years,in order to provide reference for the effective degreasing of aquatic products.
