信息化手段在高职“营养配餐与设计”教学中的应用

摘要
“营养配餐与设计”课程作为高职院校食品类专业必修的一门专业课,理论性和实践性都相当强.食谱的编制作为重点内容,存在计算繁琐、理论学习枯燥等问题,依靠传统的教学方式很难取得好的教学效果.以网络为平台,以信息化教学手段作为依托,在该课程教学过程中采用信息化的教学手段,以期达到良好的教学效果.
Abstract
Nutrition and Recipe Design as a professional course in higher vocational colleges,theory and practice are quite strong.As the key contents of the book,the preparation of recipes are complexity of the calculation and boring of theoretical study,it is difficult to obtain good teaching effect by the traditional teaching method.This paper takes the network as a platform,as the basis of information technology teaching method,use of information technology to achieve a good teaching effect in the course of the teaching process.
