基于OBE工程教育模式的课程整合与归并探讨——以成都大学食品科学与工程专业为例

摘要
为了适应食品科学与工程专业基于OBE工程教育模式的培养要求,以成都大学为例,介绍了该专业传统课程体系改革的原则、整合和归并课程目录及原因.在传统课程体系基础上,增加了科研小助手、职业道德等课程,以期在缩短理论教学与实际应用距离的同时,激发学生的实践能力和创新能力,以及职业素养和综合能力的全面发展.
Abstract
To adapt to the requirements of outcome based education (OBE) model of engineering education,Food Science and Engineering specialty of Chengdu University is taken as an example.The principle of reforming the traditional curriculum system,catalog and reason of course integration and merging are introduced.Based on the traditional curriculum system,curriculum such as research assistant,occupation moral,etc,are added to shorten the distance of theory instruction and its practical application,while stimulate the students' innovation ability,independent learning ability,and occupation accomplish ment and comprehensive development.
