鄱阳湖湿地土壤碳氮磷化学计量空间分布特征

摘要
土壤碳氮磷空间分布特征以及各生源要素间的化学计量比受到何种因子的调控,是湿地土壤研究的热点问题之一.以江西鄱阳湖洲滩湿地为研究对象,采用野外调查采样和实验室分析测定方法,阐明鄱阳湖洲滩湿地土壤碳氮磷含量与化学计量比的空间分布特征及影响因素.结果表明:(1)鄱阳湖洲滩湿地土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷含量变化范围分别为 4.25~48.13、0.02~4.25、0.08~1.17 g·kg-1.土壤全氮与全磷密度较高的区域分布在鄱阳湖东部,土壤有机碳密度较高的区域分布在鄱阳湖东南部以及西南部.(2)鄱阳湖洲滩湿地土壤碳氮比变化范围为 1.07~27.15,平均值为 7.57;土壤氮磷比变化范围为 0.21~7.73,平均值为 1.74;土壤碳磷比变化范围为0.78~69.71,平均值为 13.61.(3)鄱阳湖洲滩湿地土壤碳氮磷含量及化学计量比均表现为表层土壤显著高于深层土壤.(4)鄱阳湖洲滩湿地土壤化学计量比均与土壤pH值和容重呈极显著负相关,与电导率呈极显著正相关.研究结果可为鄱阳湖洲滩湿地土壤质量评价及功能提升提供科学参考以及数据支持.
Abstract
Spatial distribution characteristics of soil carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus,along with the stoichiometric ratios between biogenic elements,is one of the key issues in the research of wetland soils.In this study,the spatial distri-butions of soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus contents and their stoichiometric ratios in the floodplain wetland of Poyang Lake,Jiangxi Province,were characterized by field survey and laboratory analysis.The results show that(1)the variation ranges of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the wetland of Poyang Lake were 4.25-48.13,0.02-4.25,and 0.08-1.17 g·kg-1,respectively;the areas with higher soil total nitrogen and total phosphorus densities were located in the eastern part of Poyang Lake,which is related to anthropogenic activities;and the areas with higher soil or-ganic carbon densities were located in the southeastern and southwestern parts of Poyang Lake.(2)The ratio of soil carbon to nitrogen in the wetland of Poyang Lake ranged from 1.07 to 27.15,with an average value of 7.57;the ratio of soil ni-trogen to phosphorus ranged from 0.21 to 7.73,with an average value of 1.74;and the ratio of soil carbon to phosphorus ranged from 0.78 to 69.71,with an average value of 13.61.(3)Soil carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus contents and eco-chemometric ratios are significantly higher in the topsoil than in the subsoil.(4)Stoichiometric ratios are significantly neg-atively correlated with soil pH and bulk density,and significantly positively correlated with electrical conductivity.These results provide a scientific basis and data support for evaluating and improving the soil quality and function in the flood-plain wetland of Poyang Lake.
