摘要

随着全球工业化的加速,微塑料和苯并[a]芘(BaP)的环境污染问题日益凸显,给公众健康和生态安全带来挑战.针对微塑料和BaP,深入探讨其对水稻种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响.选择3种主要微塑料类型[聚乙烯(mPE)、聚苯乙烯(mPS)和聚氯乙烯(mPVC)]并结合BaP,在不同浓度和时间条件下,研究其对水稻生长的作用机制.结果显示,单独的微塑料暴露会对水稻种子的多个生长指标造成显著影响(P<0.05),其中包括抑制发芽率、活力指数和发芽速度,而对于发芽势和含水率则有所促进.值得注意的是,mPVC和mPS对水稻种子和幼苗生长表现出浓度依赖效应.而BaP的存在对水稻种子的一些生长指标,如活力指数、根长、芽长和含水率,表现出促进效应,但其对发芽势的影响却较为复杂.微塑料与BaP的共同存在对水稻种子的影响表现出交互效应.综上所述,该文探究了微塑料和BaP在农业生产中的潜在风险,为未来实现更为精准的环境治理提供了重要的科学参考,同时也对农业生产和环境保护具有实际意义.

Abstract

With the acceleration of global industrialization,the environmental pollution issues of microplastics and benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)have become increasingly prominent,posing challenges to public health and ecological safety.In this study,we aim to delve into the effects of microplastics and BaP on rice seed germination and seedling growth.Three types of microplastics[polyethylene(mPE),polystyrene(mPS),and polyvinyl chloride(mPVC)]along with BaP were used to investigate their effects on rice growth under different concentrations and time conditions.The results show that ex-posure to microplastics alone significantly affected multiple growth indicators of rice seeds(P<0.05),including inhibiting germination rate,vigor index,and germination speed,whereas promoting germination potential and water content.Notably,mPVC and mPS exhibited concentration-dependent effects on rice seed and seedling growth.The presence of BaP showed a promoting effect on some growth indicators of rice seeds,such as vigor index,root length,shoot length,and wa-ter content,but its impact on germination potential was more complex.The combined presence of microplastics and BaP exhibited interactive effects on rice seeds.In sum,this study explores the potential risks of microplastics and BaP in agri-cultural production,providing important scientific references for more precise environmental governance in the future.It al-so has practical significance for agricultural production and environmental protection.
