乡村民宿发展对农户生计转变的影响研究——以桂林龙胜地区为例

摘要
在乡村振兴战略实施的大背景之下,作为乡村旅游发展新业态的民宿,以其强大的市场吸纳能力和产业的联动性,已成为农户可持续性生计发展的重要产业模式.本文在分析乡村民宿发展现状的基础上,基于可持续生计框架构建了基于乡村民宿的农户生计资本评价指标体系,而后以桂林龙胜地区为例,对其发展乡村民宿产业前后的农户生计资本变化进行了实证对比分析.结果表明,民宿产业发展对农户生计转变的带动与促进效用显著,农户生计资本总体得到改善,物质资本储量提升,生计策略多样性增加,且表现出明显的代替效应.研究以期为增强农户生计的可持续性,促进乡村民宿产业与所在地社区的共生发展提供参考.
Abstract
Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,as a new form of rural tourism development,the homestay has become an important industrial model for the sustainable livelihood development of farmers with its strong market absorption capacity and industrial linkage.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of rural homestay,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of farmers'livelihood capital based on rural homestay based on the sustainable livelihood framework.Then,taking Longsheng area of Guilin as an example,this paper makes an empirical comparative analysis of the changes of farmers'livelihood capital before and after the development of rural homestay industry.The results show that the development of the homestay industry has a significant driving and promoting effect on the livelihood transformation of farmers.The overall livelihood capital of farmers has been improved,the physical capital reserves have been increased,the diversity of livelihood strategies has increased,and it has shown a significant substitution effect.The research is expected to provide a reference for enhancing the sustainability of farmers'livelihoods and promoting the symbiotic development of the rural homestay industry and the local community.
