摘要

本文深入探讨了生态环境规划的数字化转型,涵盖其背景、必要性及实施策略.首先,分析了当前生态环境规划面临的挑战,如全球气候变化、生物多样性丧失及城市化对自然资源的影响.其次,阐述了数字化转型的必要性,强调了数字技术在提高规划准确性和效率方面的作用.最后,详细讨论了实施策略,包括技术层面的策略(如大数据、AI、GIS的应用)和政策与管理层面的策略(如制定支持性政策框架、加强跨部门协调、增加公众参与和透明度).

Abstract

This paper delves into the digital transformation of ecological and environmental planning,covering its background,necessity,and implementation strategies.Firstly,it analyzes the current challenges faced by ecological and environmental planning,such as global climate change,loss of biodiversity,and the impact of urbanization on natural resources.Secondly,the necessity of digital transformation is elucidated,highlighting the role of digital technologies in enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of planning.Lastly,the paper discusses in detail the implementation strategies,including technological strategies(such as the application of big data,Al,GIS)and policy and management strategies(such as establishing supportive policy frameworks,strengthening inter-departmental coordination,and increasing public participation and transparency).
