数字经济视角下山西省宜居宜业和美乡村建设推进路径研究

摘要
在脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的时代命题下,数字经济赋能成为引领农业农村现代化,加快推动宜居宜业和美乡村建设的重要策略.本文从粮食安全、生态宜居、乡村产业、乡村善治、城乡融合、农民增收等方面探讨了数字经济推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设的内在机理.在对山西省宜居宜业和美乡村建设实践深入剖析基础上,基于数字经济视角,从推进策略、擦亮数字底色、建强产业支撑、拓宽百姓增收渠道、提升善治能力、筑牢民生保障等方面给出了山西省宜居宜业和美乡村建设推进路径.
Abstract
Based on the background of consolidating the results of the battle against poverty with rural revitalization,the empowerment of the digital economy has become an important strategy to lead the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,accelerate the construction of a beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in.In this paper,we first explore the internal mechanisms of digital economy in promoting the construction of a beautiful and harmonious countryside that is desirable to live and work in from the perspectives of food security,ecological livability,rural industry,rural governance,urban-rural integration,and peasant revenue increment.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the practice of rural construction in Shanxi Province,the digital economy-based promotion path that will contribute to a beautiful and harmonious countryside is proposed from the aspects of promoting strategies,polishing the digital background,strengthening industrial support,expanding channels for increasing people's income,enhancing good governance capabilities,and strengthening people's livelihood security.
