数字乡村背景下大学生返乡对促进高素质农民发展的优化路径研究

摘要
数字经济迅猛增长并与实体经济深度融合已成为推动中国经济高质量发展的关键动力.促进大学生返乡可以有效加速农业现代化发展.笔者通过实地调研和问卷收集等方式,探讨了如何优化大学生返乡面对的各种难题,以促进大学生返乡,提高农业产业中的高素质农民占比,进而加快农村数字化进程.
Abstract
The rapid growth of the digital economy and its deep integration with the real economy have become crucial driving forces for promoting the high-quality development of China's economy.Facilitating the return of college students to their hometowns can effectively accelerate the modernization of agriculture.The author,through methods such as on-site investigations and questionnaire surveys,explores how to optimize various challenges faced by college students returning to their hometowns.This aims to encourage the return of college students,increase the proportion of high-quality farmers in the agricultural industry,and consequently expedite the digitization process in rural areas.
