摘要
本文运用1996-2021年全国及22个省份烤烟的产量、播种面积数据进行测算与分析我国22个烤烟主产区域烤烟的生产集中度、生产规模指数,规模、效率、综合比较优势指数.结果显示:各省份的生产集中度相对稳定,集中度排名最高的是云南省;具有较高生产规模优势的省份是云南、贵州;数据显示,湖南生产规模指数逐渐在上升;同时,我国规模比较优势较集中,多数集中在0.5～1.0之间;效率比较优势主要集中在0～0.5之间,排名最高的省份是山东;我国各省份的烤烟综合比较优势指数波动幅度不大.根据全国及各省份的规模、效率、综合比较优势的数据把各个省份分为"三高省""两高一低省""一高两低省份""三低省"四种类型,并根据四种类型实际情况提出对策建议.
Abstract
The production concentration,production scale index,scale,efficiency and comprehensive comparative advantage index of flue-cured tobacco in 22 major flue-cured tobacco production regions in China were calculated and analyzed by using the data of flue-cured tobacco production and planting area in China and 22 provinces from 1996 to 2021.The results show that the production concentration degree of each province is relatively stable,and Yunnan Province ranks the highest in the concentration degree;The provinces with higher production scale advantage are Yunnan and Guizhou.In addition,the data show that the production scale index of Hunan is gradually rising;At the same time,China's comparative advantage of scale is relatively concentrated,mostly between 0.5～1.0;The comparative advantage of efficiency is mainly concentrated in the range of 0～0.5,and the highest ranking province is Shandong;The comprehensive comparative advantage index of flue-cured tobacco in different provinces of China fluctuated little.According to the data of the scale,efficiency and comprehensive comparative advantage of the whole country and provinces,each province is divided into four types:"three high provinces","two high and one low provinces","one high and two low provinces"and"three low provinces",and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the actual situation of the four types.
