摘要
本文通过分析我国与东盟农业企业跨国合作的现状与特点,从内、外部环境视角识别其跨国合作的潜在风险.在此基础上,针对在东盟地区进行跨国经营的农业企业提出了相应的风险防范策略.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of cross-border cooperation between China and ASEAN agribusinesses,and identifies the potential risks of their cross-border cooperation from the perspective of internal and external environment.On this basis,it puts forward the corresponding risk prevention strategies for agricultural enterprises operating across borders in the ASEAN region.
