摘要
在乡村振兴的推动,广东省发展"百千万工程"规划,各市、镇、县都相继开展各项村集体经济发展规划.本文实地调研肇庆村集体的经济,发现肇庆在"做大做强"村集体经济发展过程中面临着整体状态一般、经济收入单一、收入分配较低、资产经营模式传统、资源闲置率高、资产收益率偏低等主要问题.通过问卷、实证,探索肇庆如何"做大做强"村集体经济,分析村集体经济发展的原因,找出村集体经济发展的应对策略.
Abstract
In the promotion of rural revitalization,Guangdong province has developed the"hundred million project"plan,and all cities,towns and counties have successively carried out various village collective economic development plans.This paper investigates the economy of the collective in Zhaoqing village,and finds that in the development process of"bigger and stronger",Zhaoqing is faced with major problems such as general overall state,single economic income,low income distribution,traditional asset management mode,high iddling rate of resources and low return on assets.Through questionnaire and demonstration,explore how to"make bigger and stronger"the village collective economy,analyze the reasons of the development of the village collective economy,and find out the coping strategies of the village collective economic development.
