摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施以及农业农村的现代化进程加快,越来越多的农业知识产权专利被申请.但日趋复杂的市场环境和信息技术的飞速发展给知识产权保护带来了新的问题.本文从相关概念入手,对乡村振兴背景下农业知识产权保护的现状及存在的问题进行分析,从而提出相应的解决措施.
Abstract
With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the accelerated modernization of agriculture and rural areas,more and more patents on agricultural intellectual property rights are being applied for.However,the increasingly complex market environment and the rapid development of information technology have brought new problems to the protection of intellectual property rights.This paper starts from the relevant concepts,analyses the current situation and existing problems of agricultural intellectual property protection in the context of rural revitalization,and then puts forward corresponding solution measures.
