设施农业应用型人才培养与社会需求融汇途径探索

摘要
应用型人才以满足社会需求、促进社会发展为目的,新时期农业全产业链发展方向,为设施农业应用型人才培养提出了新要求.本文以应用型人才培养的实践教学环节为重点,从教师队伍建设、实践教学过程和校企合作等方面,分析了设施农业应用型人才培养实践教学中存在的问题;从深入教师队伍改革、引导学生参生全产业链生产、优化校企合作机制等方面,有针对性的提出应用型人才培养实践教学模式改革方法和途径,以期提高设施农业实践教学水平,满足全产业链条件下设施农业应用型人才的社会需求.
Abstract
Applied talents aim at meeting social needs and promoting social development.The development direction of the whole agricultural industry chain in the new era puts forward new requirements for the training of applied talents in facility agriculture.Focusing on the practical teaching of,this paper analyzes the problems existing in teacher team construction,practical teaching process and school-enterprise cooperation.Then,reforming methods and ways of practice teaching are put forward mainly from the aspects of deepening the reform of the teacher team,guiding students to participate in the production of the whole industrial chain,optimizing the college-enterprise cooperation mechanism.It provides ways and approaches in improving the practice teaching level of protected agriculture,and meets the demands of applied talents in protected agriculture under the condition of the whole industry chain.
