摘要
为了探究不同时间取材部位对红薇嫩枝扦插开花的影响,选取直径0.5 cm以上半木质化穗条.分别以不同时间和取材部位为因素设置单因素试验.不同时间试验结果表明,5月底至7月底之前扦插开花率达到90%以上,其中7月扦插成花速度最快,7月底开花率最高可达100%;不同取材部位试验结果表明,上部和中部插穗的开花率均为100%显著地高于下部插穗,以当年成苗成花为目的,应选择上部和中部为插穗.
Abstract
In order to explore the influence of different time material parts on the flowering of Lagerstroemia indica'Amabilis',semi-woody strips with a diameter of more than 0.5 cm were selected.Single factor test were set with different time and material parts as factors.The results at different times show that the flowering rate of cutting is above 90%before the end of May and July,the fastest in July and 100%at the end of July.The results show that the flowering rate of the upper and central panicles is 100%significantly higher than the lower ones,and the upper and middle ones are chosen.
