摘要
为了探索山茱萸的降糖作用,本研究对比陕西不同地区山茱萸环烯醚萜苷类含量,选出最优品种,以茎尖为对象,筛选最优条件下愈伤组织的培养条件,建立山茱萸分化再生体系,分析降糖药理作用,为今后提高生产加工效率,开发系列保健品、食品奠定理论基础.
Abstract
In order to explore the hypoglycemic effect of Cornus officinalis,this study compared the content of terpene glycosides of Cornus officinalis in different regions of Shaanxi Province,selected the best varieties,took the shoot tip as the object,screened the callus culture conditions under the optimal conditions,established the differentiation and regeneration system of Cornus officinalis,analyzed the pharmacological effects of hypoglycemia,and laid a theoretical foundation for improving the production and processing efficiency and developing a series of health care products and foods in the future.
