摘要

本文基于2017-2021年31个省份的面板数据,采用动态DEA-Malmquist指数方法测算全国林业生态全要素生产率及分解效率,运用泰尔指数方法分析全要素生产率的区域之间的差异.结果表明:全要素生产率呈现出一个上升的趋势,其中技术效率和技术进步率共同促进其发展,我国林业生态的投入资源得到充分的利用;我国林业生态总体泰尔指数呈现出下降的趋势,区域间泰尔指数高于区域内泰尔指数,东部地区和西部地区较大的内部差异是我国林业生态效率分布不均衡的主要原因.因此,应加强技术革新、加大政府资金投入和资源保护力度、加强区域间合作,促进区域内和区域间的协同发展.

Abstract

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2017 to 2021,this paper uses the dynamic DEA-Malmquist index method to measure the national forestry ecological total factor productivity and decomposition efficiency,and uses the Theil index method to analyze the regional differences of total factor productivity.The results showed that the Total factor productivity showed an upward trend,in which the technical efficiency and the rate of technical progress jointly promoted its development,and the input resources of forestry ecology in China were fully utilized;The overall Tyre index of forestry ecology in our country shows a downward trend.The regional Tyre index is higher than the regional Tyre index,the great internal difference between the eastern and western regions is the main reason for the unbalanced distribution of forestry ecological efficiency in our country.Therefore,we should strengthen technological innovation,increase government investment and resource protection,strengthen interregional cooperation and promote intraregional and Interregional coordinated development.
