小农户绿色农业生产行为的决策逻辑及可行路径——以空巢小农户为例

摘要
引导空巢小农户参与绿色农业生产行为,对推动绿色农业高速发展、推进乡村振兴战略实施、加快农业现代化具有重要意义.本文从农业全要素生产、绿色农业生产技术、农业绿色生产转型三方面结合现有研究成果分析空巢小农户参与绿色农业生产行为的可行性,以政府扶持、农户兼业以及社会学习三方面为现实依据,并以推拉理论为支撑,分析空巢小农户参与绿色农业生产行为的决策逻辑.在该决策逻辑框架下,提出空巢小农户参与绿色农业生产行为的可行路径,即绿色农业政策提供价值指引,农户绿色农业禀赋提供强大动力,绿色农业生产服务提供坚实后盾.
Abstract
Guiding empty nest small farmers to participate in green agricultural production behavior is of great significance for promoting the rapid development of green agriculture,promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and accelerating agricultural modernization.This article combines existing research results to analyze the feasibility of empty nest small farmers participating in green agricultural production behavior from three aspects:agricultural full factor production,green agricultural production technology,and agricultural green production transformation.Based on government support,farmer part-time work,and social learning,and supported by push pull theory,it analyzes the decision-making logic of empty nest small farmers participating in green agricultural production behavior.Under this decision-making logical framework,a feasible path for empty nest small farmers to participate in green agricultural production behavior is proposed,which is that green agricultural policies provide value guidance,farmers'green agricultural endowments provide strong motivation,and green agricultural production services provide solid support.
