RCEP背景下绿色贸易壁垒对中国农产品出口日韩的实证研究
Empirical Study on the Impact of Green Trade Barriers on China's Agricultural Exports to Japan and South Korea under the Background of RCEP

摘要
2020年区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)的签署标志着世界上最具贸易发展潜力的自由贸易区的成立.日韩两国是我国主要的农业贸易出口国,随着贸易壁垒的进一步下降,中日韩三国农产品贸易规模是否进一步扩大值得我们深入研究.本文构建随机前沿贸易引力模型,对日韩实施的绿色贸易壁垒对中国农产品出口两国的影响进行了实证分析,研究表明:绿色贸易壁垒确实抑制了中国农产品出口日韩的贸易规模.本文就如何解决绿色贸易壁垒问题也提出了相应的政策建议.
Abstract
The signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)in 2020 marked the establishment of the world's most promising free trade area.Japan and South Korea are the main exporting countries of China's agricultural product,with further reduction of trade barriers,it is worth our in-depth research whether the scale of agricultural trade between three countries will further expanded.This paper constructs a stochastic frontier trade gravity model and empirically analyzes the impact of green trade barriers implemented by Japan and South Korea on China's agricultural product export to both countries.Findings shows that green trade barriers have indeed suppressed the trade scale of China's agricultural products export to Japan and South Korea.This article also puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on how to solve the problem of green trade barriers.
