摘要
党的二十大报告强调,"加快建设农业强国,扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴."而产业振兴是乡村振兴的重中之重.因此,进一步研究数字技术赋能乡村产业振兴具有现实意义.本文通过阐释数字技术有利于提高农业生产效率、优化产业结构、发展产业集约化的价值意义,进而分析了数字技术赋能乡村产业振兴面临内外环境条件的现实困境,最后从基础设施建设、人才培养体系、资金支持、农民数字素养四个方面提出数字技术赋能乡村产业振兴的路径.
Abstract
Report to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Party stressed,"Accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organization."Industrial revitalization is the top priority of rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of practical significance to further study the digital technology to revitalize rural industries.This paper explains the value of digital technology in improving agricultural production efficiency,optimizing industrial structure and developing industrial intensification,and then analyzes the realistic dilemma of internal and external environmental conditions faced by digital technology to revitalize rural industries.Finally,it puts forward the path of digital technology to revitalize rural industries from four aspects:infrastructure construction,talent training system,financial support and farmers'digital literacy.
