数字赋能乡村振兴——康养"共享村落"建设路径研究

摘要
目前,农村建设与康养等是一个研究热点,国内外学者对此也有很多研究成果.其中,康养共享村落的研究内容和空间较为广泛,但对于养老模式、乡村振兴、数字乡村建设及康养产业推进乡村振兴等方面的研究较少.根据健康中国战略,"医养+康养"养老服务产业高质量发展既是对养老服务体系的重建,也是实现乡村产业振兴的助推力.医养康养相结合的模式,可以最大程度利用乡村自然资源、传统人文资源,满足老年人养生保健和健康养老的需求,为乡村经济发展创收.本课题组拟形成优势特色康养产业体系"的新路径,建立数字康养共享村落的物质文化供给体系,发展"一、二、三产业融合,形成优势特色康养产业体系"的新路径,面向当地相关机构和群众提供共享服务,打造支撑县城科技创新高地,为乡村振兴提供有力保障及发展策略.
Abstract
At present,rural construction and health care is a research hotspot,and domestic and foreign scholars also have a lot of research results.The research content and space of health care shared villages are relatively extensive,but there are few studies on old-age care mode,rural revitalization,digital rural construction and health care industry to promote rural revitalization.According to the Healthy China strategy,the high-quality development of the"medical care + health care"elderly care service industry is not only the reconstruction of the elderly care service system,but also the driving force for the revitalization of rural industries.The model of combining medical and health care can maximize the use of rural natural resources and traditional cultural resources to meet the needs of the elderly for health care and health care,and generate income for rural economic development.This research group plans to form a new path of advantageous and characteristic health care industry system,establish a material and cultural supply system of digital health care sharing village,develop a new path of"integration of the first,second and third industries to form advantageous and characteristic health care industry system",provide shared services for local relevant institutions and the masses,and create a high-tech innovation highland to support the county.To provide a strong guarantee and development strategy for rural revitalization.
