摘要
乡村振兴战略实施与乡村文化动能激活都能够被乡村基础教育发展所促进,并且能够实现城乡教育均衡目标.目前,由于生源流失的增加,农村基础教育逐渐衰落,农村的基础教育还存在着一些实际问题,比如,由于农村学校缺乏教师,导致农村基础教育质量下降,而硬件和软件基础设施的不完善,导致农村基础教育的发展受到限制.要促进乡村基础教育发展,就必须深刻剖析制约农村基础教育改革和发展问题和挑战,做到有的放矢.通过多项措施来减轻生源流失给农村基础教育造成的严重影响,健全农村教师管理与补充机制,促进乡村基础教育内涵发展,扩大乡村基础教育的发展空间.
Abstract
The implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the activation of rural culture can be promoted by the development of rural basic education,and the goal of balancing urban and rural education can be achieved.At present,due to the increase of the loss of students,rural basic education gradually declines,and there are still some practical problems in rural basic education.For example,the lack of teachers in rural schools leads to the decline of the quality of rural basic education,while the imperfection of hardware and software infrastructure leads to the limited development of rural basic education.In order to promote the development of rural basic education,we must deeply analyze the problems and challenges restricting the reform and development of rural basic education,and achieve a definite goal.A number of measures should be taken to reduce the serious impact of the loss of students on rural basic education,improve the management and supplement mechanism of rural teachers,promote the connotation development of rural basic education,and expand the development space of rural basic education.
