摘要
创意农业的兴起,为传统农业带来了突破性的发展,也是当前乡村振兴战略实施的一个新的发展方向.大力发展创意农业,对推动农业供给侧结构性改革、农业转型升级和农民增收致富具有重要现实意义.本文以秦皇岛地区创意农业为具体研究对象,从研究秦皇岛创意农业发展现状入手,结合秦皇岛地区的人文历史、地理环境,提出了提升秦皇岛地区创意农业发展水平策略,为政府有关部门决策提供理论依据和智力支撑.这些策略建议有助于推动秦皇岛市创意农业向更高水平发展,为乡村振兴战略的实施做出更大贡献.
Abstract
The rise of creative agriculture has brought a breakthrough development for traditional agriculture,and is also a new development direction for the implementation of the current rural revitalization strategy.Vigorously developing creative agriculture is of great practical significance to promoting the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and the increase of farmers'income and prosperity.This paper takes creative agriculture in Qinhuangdao as the specific research object,starts with the study of the development status of creative agriculture in Qinhuangdao,combines the culture,geographical environment and history of Qinhuangdao,and puts forward the strategy of improving the development level of creative agriculture in Qinhuangdao,which provides the theoretical basis and intellectual support for the decision-making of relevant government departments.These strategies and suggestions are helpful to promote the development of creative agriculture in Qinhuangdao to a higher level and make greater contributions to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
