湖南省小城镇与乡村振兴协调发展分析

摘要
城乡发展的不平衡与乡村发展的不充分是新时代社会主义矛盾的主要表现之一.小城镇作为城乡发展的融合点,是推进城乡融合发展及全面乡村振兴的重要载体.本文运用相关分析法探究了湖南省小城镇与乡村振兴的相关性,得出以下结论:(1)在省级层面,小城镇对农民生活水平的提高均有一定的带动作用,但对乡村劳动力的吸引力有待加强.(2)在县级层面,小城镇发展与农民增收、乡村就业、农业生产的相关程度均呈中等水平,整体小城镇与乡村振兴的协调程度仍有很大的提升空间;县域小城镇规模差距较大,部分县城或建制镇规模较小,对其乡村发展有一定的制约作用.(3)湖南省小城镇与乡村振兴协调发展还存在小城镇规模效应发挥不明显、小城镇公共服务功能向乡村延伸不充分、小城镇与乡村产业发展"双弱"问题.
Abstract
The imbalance of urban and rural development and the inadequacy of rural development are one of the main manifestations of the socialist contradiction in the new era.As the integration point of urban and rural development,small towns are important carriers to promote the integration of urban and rural development and comprehensive rural revitalization.The thesis explored the correlation of small towns and rural revitalization in Hunan province by using relevant analysis method,and drew the following conclusions:(1)at the provincial level,small towns have a certain driving effect on the improvement of farmers'living standards,but their attraction to rural labor force needs to be strengthened.(2)At the county level,the development of small towns and farmers'income,rural employment and agricultural production is moderate,and the overall coordination degree of small towns and rural revitalization still needs to be improved;the population size gap of small towns is large,and some small towns'are small,which has restrictive effect on the rural development.(3)The coordinated development of small towns and rural revitalization in Hunan Province still has some problems,such as the unobvious scale effect of small towns,the insufficient extension of public service function of small towns to rural areas,the"double weak"development of small towns and rural industries.
