知农爱农新型农科人才核心能力培养途径探索——以作物栽培学各论课程创新为例

摘要
自2019年新农科建设奏响"三部曲",为涉农高校教育改革和人才培养指明发展方向,对新农科人才的思政教育和核心能力培养提出更高要求.为了适应国家农业农村现代化建设与乡村振兴的人才需求,本文在新农科建设背景下,以《作物栽培学各论》课程为例,通过加强知农爱农情怀教育,优化课程内容与教学形式,注重实践能力训练,联手耕读教育社会实践,形成"四位一体"课程教学创新,探索新农科人才厚植知农爱农情怀,提高人才核心能力培养途径,为促进新农科高校人才教育创新发展提供参考.
Abstract
The construction of the new agricultural science has been launched in 2019,which indicates the development direction for the educational reform and talent cultivation of agriculture-related colleges and universities,and puts forward higher requirements for the ideological and political education and core competence cultivation of new agricultural talents.In order to adapt to the national agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization of talent demand,this paper in the context of the construction of the new agricultural science,the"Crop Cultivation Theory"course as an example,through the strengthening of knowledge of agriculture and love of agriculture sentiment education,optimization of the curriculum content and teaching form,pay attention to the practical ability to train,join hands with the cultivation of education and social practice,the formation of the"four-in-one"The course teaching innovation,exploring the new agricultural talents to cultivate agricultural sentiment and improve the core competence cultivation pathway,to provide reference for promoting the innovative development of talents education in new agricultural colleges and universities.
