红蓝光对濒危植物香果树幼苗光合特性及内源激素的影响

摘要
为了研究红蓝光对濒危植物香果树幼苗光合及内源激素的影响,探讨了红光和红蓝光处理下香果树幼苗光合特性、叶绿素荧光特性、内源激素含量等.结果表明:红光处理香果树幼苗净光合速率增加了4.2%,GA和可溶性糖含量分别增加12.7%、17.0%;60%红光+60%蓝光处理香果树幼苗净光合速率增加了129.1%,IAA和细胞分裂素tZ分别增加了17.7%、23.3%;香果树幼苗的叶绿素荧光随其生长而减弱.表明红光和红蓝光对香果树幼苗光合速率和内源激素具有促进作用,60%红光+60%蓝光可作为香果树幼苗培养有利光源使用.
Abstract
Light is a very important factor affecting growth of the endangered Emmenopterys henryi seedling.Therefore,this paper studied the photosynthetic characteristics,fluorescence properties and endogenous hormone of E.henryi seedlings under 100%red light and 60%red light +60%blue light.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of 100%red light treated E.henryi seedlings increased by 4.2%,GA and soluble sugars increased by 12.7%and 17.0%.The net photosynthetic rate of 60%red light +60%blue light treated E.henryi seedlings increased by 129.1%,IAA and cytokinin tZ increased by 17.7%and 23.3%.The chlorophyll fluorescence of E.henryi seedlings was weakened with their growth.Therefore,60%red light+60%blue light can be used as the most favorable light for cultivating E.henryi seedlings.
