养殖场液体粪污一体化贮存发酵装置仿真分析

摘要
为解决中小型养殖场液体粪污处理设施占地大、底部沉淀严重等问题,基于外循环式厌氧反应器工艺,设计了一种液体粪污一体化贮存发酵装置.本文主要讲述养殖场粪水混合物一体化贮存发酵装置的主要结构和工作原理,针对装置回流搅拌时的内部流场进行仿真分析;探讨不同参数下贮存罐内粪水的速度场、矢量场,压力场、迹线图等信息.结果表明:在贮存罐进口口径为80 mm、出口口径为100 mm、罐底锥度角为90°、回流速率为10 m3/h时,贮存罐内固态沉积物清理效果最佳.该研究为粪水混合物贮存装置的进一步研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of large area and serious bottom precipitation of liquid manure treatment facilities in small and medium-sized farms,an integrated storage and fermentation device for liquid manure was designed based on the process of external circulating anaerobic reactor.This paper mainly describes structuring and working principle of the integrated storage and fermentation unit of fecal-water mixture in the farm were briefly introduced,and the internal flow field of the unit was simulated.The velocity field,vector field,pressure field and trace diagram of fecal water in storage tank under different parameters were discussed.The results show that when the inlet diameter of the storage tank is 80 mm,the outlet diameter is 100 mm,the bottom taper Angle of the tank is 90°,and the reflux rate is 10 m3/h,the solid sediment cleaning effect is the best.This study provides a theoretical reference for the further research of fecal-water mixture storage device.
