云南植烟土壤有机碳含量对土壤磷库组成和磷吸附特性的影响

摘要
土壤有机碳(SOC)流失和磷素缺乏是限制云南植烟土壤生产力的关键因素,为促进碳磷协同管理,本研究采集云南具有SOC梯度的典型植烟土壤耕作层样品,通过对土壤磷库组成(Hedley法)、磷吸附动力学特性及其与SOC的相关性的分析,探讨碳磷库容的耦合关系.结果显示,SOC主要影响吸附态磷含量,随着SOC的升高,土壤疏松吸附态磷含量下降,紧密吸附态磷和总磷含量升高,但水溶性磷及的稳定态磷与SOC的关系不显著.Elovich模型对所有土壤的磷吸附动力学特性均有良好的描述效果,模型参数α与SOC关系不显著,但β与SOC显著负相关,说明SOC升高对植烟土壤中磷的初始吸附速率影响小,但降低了吸附活化能随土壤颗粒表面覆盖度增加的速率,致使强吸附更易发生.初始吸附速率与吸附态磷含量无显著关系,但随着β的升高,NaHCO3-P降低,NaOH-P和总磷增加.以上结果说明,在植烟土壤中,SOC含量的增加提高了土壤对磷的吸附强度,促进了疏松吸附态磷向紧密吸附态磷的转化,减少了土壤磷流失风险,提高了储备磷库含量,有利于磷肥减施增效.
Abstract
Soil organic carbon(SOC)loss and phosphorus deficiency are the key factors limiting the productivity of tobacco-growing soil in Yunnan.In order to promote the co-management of carbon and phosphorus,this study collected soil samples of typical tobacco-growing soil with SOC gradient in Yunnan,and analyzed the soil phosphorus pool composition(Hedley method),phosphorus adsorption kinetic characteristics and its correlation with SOC.The coupling relationship between carbon and phosphorus storage capacity was discussed.The results showed that SOC mainly affected the content of adsorbed phosphorus.With the increase of SOC,the content of loose adsorbed phosphorus decreased,and the content of tightly adsorbed phosphorus and total phosphorus increased,but the relationship between water-soluble phosphorus and stable phosphorus and SOC was not significant.The Elovich model has a good description effect on the phosphorus adsorption kinetic characteristics of all soils.The relationship between α and SOC is not significant,but β and SOC are significantly negatively correlated,indicating that the increase of SOC has little effect on the initial phosphorus adsorption rate in tobacco planting soil,but reduces the rate of adsorption activation energy increasing with the surface coverage of soil particles,resulting in strong adsorption more easily.The initial adsorption rate had no significant relationship with the adsorbed phosphorus content,but with the increase of β,NaHCO3-P decreased,NaOH-P and total phosphorus increased.The above results indicated that the increase of SOC content in tobacco-growing soil improved the adsorption strength of soil phosphorus,promoted the transformation from loose adsorbed phosphorus to tightly adsorbed phosphorus,reduced the risk of soil phosphorus loss,increased the content of reserve phosphorus reservoir,and was conducive to reducing the application of phosphorus fertilizer and increasing the efficiency.
