数字经济驱动农业绿色发展的研究——以大庆市为例

摘要
数字经济作为新型经济形态,以新一代信息技术为载体渗透到农业全产业链多环节,驱动农业绿色发展.探析数字经济与农业绿色发展间的关系,以大庆市为研究对象提出其在数字经济赋能农业绿色发展的进程中所面临的诸多现实性挑战,主要有数字化转型能力较弱、数字农业绿色发展不均衡、数字赋能农业绿色发展环境不够完善、数字技术人才匮乏等,提出加大对数字经济的发展投入、实施数字经济差异化发展战略、加强数字基础设施建设、打造数字人才培养新机制等对策建议.
Abstract
As a new form of economy,the digital economy penetrates into multiple links of the entire agricultural industry chain using the new generation of information technology as a carrier,driving the green development of agriculture.Exploring the relationship between digital economy and green development of agriculture,this study takes Daqing city as the research object and proposes many practical challenges it faces in the process of empowering green development of agriculture with digital economy.The main challenges include weak digital transformation ability,uneven green development of digital agriculture,imperfect digital environment for empowering green development of agriculture,and shortage of digital technology talents.It also proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing investment in the development of digital economy,implementing differentiated development strategy of digital economy,strengthening digital infrastructure construction,and creating a new mechanism for cultivating digital talents.
