摘要

本文研究小球孢白僵菌与PBS表面活性剂复配对寒地温室害虫小菜蛾幼虫的防治效果.通过平板计数法确定小球孢白僵菌菌种的菌含量,将小球孢白僵菌与PBS表面活性剂复配,制备成5种浓度梯度的菌悬液,分别命名为G1~G5,以防治效果为实验测定标准,寻找出复配组分最优配比,筛选出防治小菜蛾幼虫的复配菌悬液的最佳防治浓度.试验数据表明,不同浓度下,用PBS培养真菌比蒸馏水更能保护微生物的活性及完整性.复配菌悬液对寒地温室害虫的致死效果较为明显,且不同浓度梯度混合液的防治效果不同,G1~G5浓度之间的小球孢白僵菌复配菌悬液均可配制形成生物农药用于温室小菜蛾幼虫防治.但在寒地温室害虫的防治过程中,浓度为G1的小球孢白僵菌复配菌悬液的防效最高.总体来看,浓度为3×107 cfu/mL的小球孢白僵菌复配菌悬液的速效性和持效性均优于其他复配组分.

Abstract

Control effects of Beauveria bassiana on Plutella xylostella in frigid regions were studied.The content of Beauveria bassiana was measured by plate counting method.Beauveria bassiana was prepared into 5 concentrations of fungal suspension,named as G1 to G5;the control effect was taken as the experimental standard,to find out the optimal concentration ratio.The experimental data show that the culture of fungi with PBS can protect the activity and integrity of microorganisms more than distilled water at different concentrations.The lethal effect of the compound suspension on the greenhouse pests in the cold is more obvious.Moreover,the Plutella xylostella fatality rate of the mixture with different concentration was different,with concentrations between G1 and G5,could be formulated as biological pesticides for the control.However,in the process of pest control in greenhouse in cold region,the compound suspension of Beauveria bassiana with concentration of G1 had the highest control effect.On the whole,the uspension of Beauveria bassiana compound with concentration of 3×107 cfu/mL was superior to other compound components.
