摘要
在全面推进乡村振兴战略村的实践中,新乡贤通过参与基层协商民主,为解决农村公共事务,处理基层纠纷,助力乡村振兴等方面发挥了重要作用.在乡村振兴背景下,新乡贤的回归可以有效带动地方经济发展,为当地的产业振兴培育内生动力,缓解人才缺失,促进乡风文明建设,使乡村文化转换为乡村治理的重要资源.为了更好地发挥新乡贤的作用,需要创新人才引进政策,完善基层协商制度,落实协商成果,并培育乡村文化的内生动力,促进农村的可持续发展.
Abstract
In the practice of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy village,the new villagers play an important role in solving rural public affairs,handling grassroots disputes,and helping rural revitalization by participating in grassroots consultative democracy.In the context of rural revitalization,the return of the new villagers can effectively drive the local economic development,cultivate the endogenous power for the local industrial revitalization,alleviate the shortage of talents,promote the construction of rural customs and civilization,and transform rural culture into an important resource for rural governance.In order to better play the role of the new villagers,it is necessary to innovate the talent introduction policy,improve the grassroots consultative system,implement the consultation results,and cultivate the endogenous power of rural culture to promote the sustainable development of rural areas.
