摘要
农户土地转出满意度是影响土地流转的重要因素.本研究基于连云港市303户土地转出户的调查数据,依据CSI理论构建农户土地转出满意度模型,运用SEM模型和SD模型分析农户土地转出的影响因素和决策仿真.结果表明,农户满意是影响其决策的决定性因素,信息感知和质量感知是影响决策的关键因素,农户土地转出决策处于先上升后下降最后平稳的过程.因此,土地流转过程中应依法推进流转工作,提高工作人员业务能力与形象,加强信息工作建设,强化基层民主,制定合理的流转方案,促进土地转出.
Abstract
Farmers'satisfaction with the land transfer is an important factor influencing land transfer.Based on the survey data of 303 land transfer households in Lianyungang,this study constructs a farmers'satisfaction with land transfer based on CSI theory.It uses SEM and SD models to analyze farmers'land transfer influencing factors and decision simulations.The results show that farmers'satisfaction is the decisive factor influencing their decision,information perception and quality perception are the key factors influencing the decision,and farmers'land transfer decision is in the process of rising,decreasing,and finally stabilizing.Therefore,the land transfer process should be promoted following the law,improving the operational ability and image of the staff,strengthening the construction of information work,strengthening grassroots democracy,and formulating reasonable transfer plans to promote land transfer.
