摘要

硒是一种人体生长发育必不可少的微量元素之一,具有抗氧化和增强免疫力等多种功能,人体不能主动合成硒元素,只能通过食用富硒食品来摄入硒元素,而研究表明,饮用富硒茶是一种安全、有效的补硒的方式,而叶面施硒比土壤施硒效果更为明显高效,本文基于叶面施硒的相关研究取得的进展,从植物吸收和积累硒的通道、硒在茶树中的分布、叶面施硒对茶叶品质的影响和叶面施硒对茶树抗性的影响进行了综述,期望能在叶面施硒的研究方面提供参考依据.

Abstract

Selenium is one of the essential trace elements for human growth and development,with multiple functions such as antioxidant and immune enhancement.The human body cannot actively synthesize selenium and can only intake selenium through consuming selenium rich foods.Research has shown that drinking selenium rich tea is a safe and effective way to supplement selenium,and foliar selenium application is more effective than soil selenium application.This article is based on the progress made in related research on foliar selenium application,This article reviews the channels through which plants absorb and accumulate selenium,the distribution of selenium in tea trees,the effects of foliar selenium application on tea quality,and the effects of foliar selenium application on tea tree resistance.It is hoped that this can provide reference for the study of foliar selenium application.
